Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Plan and run monthly content calendars, from concept to publishing
- Coordinate with sales partners across Pakistan so local activity stays on brand
- Handle community management: comments, DMs, reviews, queries and lead handoffs to sales
- Brief designers, video editors and shoot teams, and review the output
- Support paid campaigns and influencer collaborations with the marketing team
- Track performance and share weekly and monthly reports with insights
- Spot trends and turn them into timely content
- Handle brand reputation issues quickly and professionally
Requirements
- 1-2 years in social media management, ideally with a consumer, retail or multi-location brand
- Strong written Urdu and English
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools and analytics
- Good understanding of content formats (reels, shorts, stories) and basic video/design briefing
- Comfortable coordinating with many external stakeholders across cities
- Organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Must be based in Lahore and available for onsite work
- Experience coordinating with multi-city sales or partner networks
- Knowledge of paid ads and influencer marketing
- Basic Canva/CapCut skills
